We are excited to embark on this journey with you. During this time of state mandated physical distancing, we have temporarily moved our classes to a Zoom platform. It is not mandatory for you to have an account with zoom but can be helpful. Here is the Zoom link to sign up to use their free software.
Classes begin at 12:00pm on Sundays, please join us a few minutes early so that we can start on time. You will first be brought into a virtual waiting room where the Host will greet you and add you to the class. Every participant will be asked to have their mic muted and their video on. We like to see those smiling faces and it helps us ensure the security of our class. Please note that classes close at 12:20pm.
Class run time is 12pm-2pm but tends to end earlier with this online platform. Towards the end of class the Host will send a link through the chat feature that you will fill out to receive credit for taking the class. If you do not fill out that link we do not have a way of knowing that you were there and will not be able to show your attendance.

Please download the workbook from sdrock.com/lifeclassworkbook for the class you are taking ahead of time so that you can be ready. If this is your first class you will want to also download the Join The Team workbook. If you do not have a printer, please download the free software for adobe acrobat reader as the workbooks have fill ins, links, and calculated formulas that do not open well with other PDF readers.
