Day 5 of The Kindness Challenge

Day 5. An appetite for kindness  Today, leave a snack of their choice (would that be a healthy food bar or a donut?) on the counter (at work, in the house ...) or wherever you know they will see it, perhaps with a sticky note ("I had an extra one; thought you might like it.") Coach's Corner: The research found this is particularly impactful if you are being generous with something you would prefer to keep to yourself. Not just for them, but for you.
"As we give up what matters to us—sleep, time, credit, the last piece of your favorite pie—we become more open, less grabby, and more willing to share."The Kindness Challenge
Which of your actions of generosity are both easiest for you and most impactful for the other person? (You can see the eight types of generosity in Chapter 8.)
The 30-Day Kindness Challenge is brought to you via our partnership with Shaunti Feldhahn, and is based on her research for The Kindness Challenge.
