Day 20 of the Kindness Challenge!

Day 20: Offering prayers

Find something your person is especially concerned/worried/sad about and tell them you'll pray for them -- and then later on, tell them that you did. ("Boss, I'm so sorry your mom hasn't been getting better. I think you know I'm a person of faith, and I'll be praying for her.") If appropriate – which will depend on the seriousness of the situation, their receptivity, the privacy of their work space, and your relationship – you might even consider asking if you can pray for them right then.

Coach's Corner: If you're not sure what your person would like prayer for: simply ask. Whether you or they are used to praying or being prayed for, this is usually very much appreciated.
