Day 26 of the Kindness Challenge!

Day 26: Those unseen efforts

Think about the mundane things your person does each day to keep the household, neighborhood, schoolwork, or office going: pay the bills, manage the landscaping, track the stacks of school paperwork, or always stay on top of co-worker's birthdays. Today, acknowledge the time those "unseen" efforts take. And if they impact you in some way, how grateful you are.

Coach's Corner: Notice the other person's reaction; it may be the best incentive for a repeat performance. Of course, you do the menial and mundane too. But the 30-Day Kindness Challenge has been about building great habits for a great relationship, and by now you've recognized one key truth: to build a great relationship it can't just be about you. So keep on being mindful of them, and showing it. You are just days from the end of the Challenge.

The 30-Day Kindness Challenge is brought to you via our partnership with Shaunti Feldhahn, and is based on her research for The Kindness Challenge.
