Day 22: Appreciating the romance
Acknowledge the romantic efforts of your man – and learn to see what he views as romantic- which may be very different than you think! To your husband, doing something with you - going to the movies, walking around Costco, playing golf, just watching tv together -- is romantic. Because he just wants to be with you.
What signs do you see that your husband just wants to be together? Is there anything that your husband might see as romance that you hadn't noticed or given him credit for? Tell him today (and put a note in your gift journal) what you recognize and what being together makes you feel. It will give him greater confidence in his romantic efforts!

Obviously not all men cuddle their wife close when watching TV, like the man in this picture. But the research about men (for For Women Only) found that most men (85%) feel like this inside when they are hanging out with their wives. They are secret romantics at heart.
