Day 30 of the Kindness Challenge!

Day 30: You did it!

Thirty days later, and we hope you have not only changed your relationship with your husband, but have lightened your heart. Today, look back on all you learned, review your notebook and be encouraged. Take the final kindness assessment to see how far you've come.

What is one thing that you want to make sure you keep doing as you move forward? Make a commitment to do so, and tell someone else for accountability. Even if your relationship hasn't yet changed as much as you would like, don't give up! It may take longer than 30 days to see real change, but the effort is worth it. (And if you want more ideas for the days ahead, consider reading For Women Only - the book about men - or The Surprising Secrets of Highly Happy Marriages about the simple habits that make great marriages.)

Coach's Corner:

If you have been doing this Challenge with a group, schedule a group get-together or another way to touch base, in a few days or a few weeks and see how the habit of kindness is going. This will help to turn the kindness habit into a kindness lifestyle.

Also, is there someone else with whom you want a better relationship? Consider starting the challenge again with them. You'll see that it is much easier now that you've already become a person of kindness.
