Day 28 of the Kindness Challenge!

Day 28. Celebrating their great traits

Now that you've been focusing on the positives in your person for almost a month, what rises up in your mind as a great character trait, skill, or other distinctive worth celebrating? Consider how you can make others aware of that trait in a way that will be meaningful for your person, then do it. (e.g., Submit your colleague's name as a contender for "customer service rep of the month;" tell your pastor that your stepdaughter would probably love to sing as part of the worship team if asked; submit your father-in-law's woodworking designs for a community award.)

Coach's Corner: By now your person probably thinks of you as someone who appreciates and/or has affection for them. Now, this is your chance to demonstrate your advocacy for them with others. The Kindness Challenge research found that people tend to be very loyal to those who are loyal to them.

The 30-Day Kindness Challenge is brought to you via our partnership with Shaunti Feldhahn, and is based on her research for The Kindness Challenge.
