Day 26: Take a walk
Get some fresh air with your husband and take a hike together, or just a long walk in your neighborhood.
Tell him what you enjoy most about just hanging out with him. Does it make you feel young again? Do you love the fact that you two have time to talk, uninterrupted? Does he make you laugh? Whatever it is, today as you walk, tell him why you like him, not just why you love him.
Coach's Corner:
Spending time with our husband and being fully present lets him know that you care. You have a lot to do. And so does he. Don't let the urgent overcome the important. Men often prefer "side by side"activities to "face to face"ones. Going for a walk, spending some uninterrupted time together and sharing about how he makes you feel may just be the most important thing that you do today.
