Day 28 of the Kindness Challenge!

Day 28: Celebrating their great traits

Now that you've been focusing on the positives in your person for almost a month, what rises up in your mind as a great character trait, skill, or other distinctive that is particularly worth celebrating? Consider how you can make others aware of that trait in a way that will be particularly meaningful for your person, then do it. (For example, write a letter about one of these positives and send it to a top tier manager if the opportunity arises; or make an effort in an important group setting to acknowledge your person's trait, skill or contribution.)

Coach's Corner: By now your person probably thinks of you as someone who appreciates and/or has appreciation for them. In the coming season we hope you see the truth of what The Kindness Challenge research found: that people tend to be very loyal to those who are loyal to them.

The 30-Day Kindness Challenge is brought to you via our partnership with Shaunti Feldhahn, and is based on her research for The Kindness Challenge.
