Day 29 of the Kindness Challenge!

Day 29: Write It Down

Tomorrow is the last day of the Challenge! For nearly a month you've been practicing the habit of catching negative words and thoughts and replacing them with positive ones. So today, think about all those positive things you have noticed about your person during this Challenge that might have slipped your day-to-day notice before. Create a "Top Five Things I Newly Appreciate About My Person" list for your observation notebook. Put a tab there, to be able to find the list easily – so you can refer back to it in the future when you are irritated with your person.

Coach's Corner: Although what irritated you before the Challenge might not irritate you as much today… there's a chance it will again, months from now, once you stop being as purposeful about your mindset. Although your "Top Five" list might at first glance seem like a sentimental exercise, it is actually a hard-core tool that you can review in order to completely reframe your mindset as needed.
