Day 1: What is Praiseworthy?
And weeeeee're off! Thanks for joining us for the 30-Day Kindness Challenge! Here's your optional tip for today:
What is something your husband did recently that is praiseworthy? Compliment him on it.
"You were such a whiz at getting our new wi-fi sound system set up." "How in the world did you manage to get all the bills paid and take the boys to their games today? Thank you!" "You know that Cajun Chicken dish you made the other day? That was really phenomenal."
Coach's Corner:
Kindness is made up of three distinct elements that we will be practicing during the Kindness Challenge- avoiding negativity, expressing affirmation, and taking actual actions of kindness and generosity.
Do you know which you already do well, and which you most need to work on? Many people don't; but The Kindness Challenge research found that practicing each day is the best way to become aware. (Even better: log in your notebook what you try each day, what happens, and what you think works best as you go. Also: if appropriate, post your observations, and look at those of others, using #JoinKindness!)

The 30-Day Kindness Challenge is brought to you via our partnership with Shaunti Feldhahn, and is based on her research for The Kindness Challenge. [Include small image of TKC cover and Buy the Book button]
